I Want to Work for Diddy: Good-Bye to Brianna

This episode was offensive to the transgendered and overweight, but Laverne and Boris, members of the Uptown team, won the challenge, so they probably don't care.

It was Brianna who ended up going home. It was her lack of leadership that brought about her elimination. She was the producer for a viral video her team created, but she didn't lead and admittedly, she didn't know what she was doing. So, she was kicked off the show.

However, I think Red should have gone home. I cannot stand his voice, and the way he stumbles over his words would probably irk Diddy as much as it does me. Diddy doesn't seem like the type to have lots of patience. Anyway, the teams meet Diddy next week, and the Downtowners get to steal someone from the Uptown team. Drama! LOL.

Who should have gone home? Was Mike offensive to Laverne? Is Boris really an idiot? Who will Diddy chew out first?

The Hills: Can't We All Just Get Along?

What's the deal with the Pratt's? Talk about dysfunctional. It seems the only reason Spencer decided to go to his sister's birthday party was to make her and all her friends uncomfortable. Happy Birthday! What a jerk.

I don't get the whole "enemy" thing that's going on. I agree with Stephanie. Spencer's too old to have enemies. We're all adults. As Lauren and Rodney King said, "Can't we all just get along?" Don't they have enough maturity to be civil and polite for a few hours? It seems not. So, Spencer continues to lash out at his sister and offer up ultimatums. He tells her he wants to "unsister" her. I think she should beat him to the punch.

What do you think? Should Stephanie cut her brother and Heidi loose? Should they have come to her party? Should Brody and Lauren have bolted when the twosome arrived? Is this too much drama for only the second episode?

I Love Money: What Am I Missing?

I don't get it? Why won't these folks get rid of White Boy? Why are they so afraid of his retaliation that they refuse to kick him off the show? It makes sense to me, that if he's off the show, he cannot retaliate. What am I missing?

So, another week goes by and the weaker players refuse to make life easier on themselves by getting rid of the guy who's controlling the game. It's frustrating.

So, 12 Pack is out. I guess it's only a matter of time before White Boy walks away with the $250,000. I wish they'd just give it to him now instead of prolonging the inevitable.

I'm over it.

What do you think? Was Toastee wise to let White Boy stay on the show? Are Toastee, Pumkin and Brandi idiots for continuing to trust Megan? Are you ready to tune out yet? LOL.

Baldwin Hills: Better the Second Time Around

Did you watch this season of "Baldwin Hills"? Compared to last season, the second season was on Emmy Award-winning status. It's good to see a diverse group of young, ethnic Americans getting along and just trying to survive and be good people. Unfortunately, minorities are rarely portrayed so honestly.

One of the most compelling story lines this season followed Justin. A former bad boy, who found God, a daughter and is trying to be the man he thinks he should be. He's already doing better than most, including his father, who was absent from Justin's life due partly to his drug habit.

In the season finale, Justin confronts his father, and it's the kind of reunion I'm sure some fatherless children dream about. His father expressed his love for Justin, embraced him continually, and asked for his forgiveness. There wasn't a dry eye in the house.

If the show returns for a third season, it will be interesting to see if Justin's father stays committed to his role or whether he'll go back to his dead-beat ways.

Did you watch this season? If so, what did you think? Will Staci keep her baby? Will Gerren and Moriah get back together? Who do you want to see return for a third season?

Making the Band: The Return of Laurie Ann

Who knew a new season of "Making the Band" was premiering tonight? It was a surprise to me. The band was selected, and they made an album. That's usually when Diddy goes to find new talent; however, Day 26 and Danity Kane are back with Donnie, too. This time the three acts are going on tour.

That may or may not be worth tuning in.

However, the first episode was pretty good. After last season's falling out between Diddy and Laurie Ann, it was good to see the two make up. She's back, and she can definitely help make the groups move better. Is another blow up in the future? I wouldn't doubt it. Laurie Ann's, "Nothing's changed" comment raised an eyebrow from me and Puffy. Mmmmm.

What do you think? Should Puffy have brought Laurie Ann back for another season? Are there no other choreographers in New York? Should she have apologized?

The Hills: A Low Opinion of Lo

It's cold in L.A. What is up with Lo? I used to really like her, but her attitude toward Audrina stinks. During Audrina's party, she didn't even mingle with Audrina's friends. She played with the dog for an hour while guests partied at the pool. Huh? Whack.

I'll give Lo credit for attempting to talk to Audrina the following day; however, Lo's tone was accusatory, and Audrina is obviously done trying to be friends with Lo.

So, where will that leave Lauren and Audrina? I want them to remain friends, and I'd hate for Lo to ruin that. Lo really needs to take a look at her attitude and adjust.

A friend said she hoped this season had a little less drama. If episode one was any indication, she's straight outta luck. LOL.

What do you think? Will this season be drama-filled? Will Lauren end up having to choose between Audrina and Lo? Will Heidi and Spencer make it work this time around? BTW, what do you think of Heidi's sister Holly? Do you like Doug, or is it too soon to tell?

I Want to Work for Diddy: Au Revoir, Deon

It was "The Apprentice" with a touch of "The Amazing Race." Two people from each team were sent to Paris to find models that Diddy wanted to use for an eye wear ad. Boris was the obvious slacker. All he did was flirt, but in the end Deon was sent home because he couldn't admit that he was wrong. The judges obviously didn't like the ad the losing team put together, but Deon refused to acknowledge his errors in judgment. Nobody likes that.

Also, Deon just seemed like a punk. He let his teammates walk all over him. They dissed every idea that came out of his mouth, and he just shrugged his shoulders. Something tells me Diddy's assistant will need to be a bit more outspoken. Deon did try to speak up for himself at the elimination, but all he did was dig a deeper hole for himself by admitting that he had advertising experience ... with billboards! So, he didn't know when to speak up, or when to shut up. So Au Revoir.

I think Boris and Deon should have both been eliminated. They were both useless. What do you think? Was a double-elimination necessary? Should Deon have been sent home, or should Boris have gone home to save future models from his lame flirting?

I Love Money: Rump-Kissing Rodeo

Honestly. How bad did Rodeo play herself? After throwing the challenge and causing her team to lose, Rodeo realized she'd likely be eliminated. So when she, Hoopz and Toastee -- the three elimination nominees -- spent time with Heather, who was making the final elimination decision, Rodeo kissed Heather's behind. She shed tears. Cried and talked to Heather's dog. Poured Heather's drink, and made a fool of herself.

The worst part is that after all that Rodeo was eliminated anyway. It was an ugly display.

Lucky for Pumkin, Heather kept her promise to the Secret Alliance. Although, the remaining Stallionaires were gunning for Pumkin there was nothing they could do to kick her off the show. White Boy thought he had Heather in his pocket. His influence over her kept Hoopz on the show, but in the end, she decided who she wanted to go home.

So now, the teams are done. For the rest of the season, the contestants are all for self. Hasn't it pretty much been that way from the beginning? It will be interesting to see how fast alliances break up, and which folks turn on their so-called friends. I predict more backstabbing. What do you think?

The Hills: Can't Wait

"The Hills" returns tomorrow night, and I'll definitely be tuning in. Even if the show really is scripted, and not an honest-to-goodness reality, who cares? It's one of the most dramatic and entertaining shows on TV! Okay, that might be an exaggeration, but I like it!

According to the previews, Lauren finds a guy friend. Brody's still in her life, but hopefully she's past crushing on guys who just aren't that into her. I'm hoping this new guy can treat her how every woman dreams, but it looks like Stephanie, Spencer's sister, might be the new Jen Bunny in Lauren's life. If that's the case, this fella will probably not last too long ... and neither will Stephanie.
I'm with Brody. I don't trust Stephanie too much.

Either way, I'll be tuning in. I hope Audrina and Whitney continue to be true friends to Lauren. She seems in need of some real sister girls. If those to flake, she can always call me! LOL.

Do you watch "The Hills"? Will you watch the new season? What do you think will happen?

I Want to Work for Diddy: Jesus, Martin, Poprah

Rob is eliminated, and we saw that coming a mile away. He spent four years in the Army but is awful at ground navigation, which was a huge part of last night's challenge. His team was lost in the woods for hours, and when they finally reached one of the points on their path to the finish line, they were detoured when Rob incorrectly answered the multiple choice question. It would have been a miracle for him not to be eliminated.

Of course, it didn't help him that Poprah was the person he went head-to-head with in the elimination. That put him at a grave disadvantage, since she's on the same level as Jesus and Martin Luther King, Jr.

LMAO.

I know. It's ridiculous, but she did actually compare herself to Jesus and MLK. What's the similarity? All three are "great leaders" in her mind. Also, she felt her team had betrayed her. I disagree. To betray someone there needs to be some loyalty established in the first place. Poprah knows her teammates can't stand her. She shouldn't have been surprised they nominated her for elimination. I'm sure it's not the last time.

Did you watch? What do you think? Should Poprah have been eliminated? What was wrong with Rob? Should he have kept his military background a secret and let someone else take the lead? Will the Uptown Team continue their losing streak?

I Love Money: Pumkin's Major Play

There was a power shift on the latest episode of "I Love Money." Those who'd had the opportunity to break up White Boy's Stallionaire Alliance in the past, were too scared to do it. I don't quite get that because that's the equivalent of forfeiting and handing White Boy the $250,000 prize. Pumkin, realizing she was on the bottom position of the alliance (if in it at all), decided to break up the group. Good for her.

Seriously, she wasn't going to win by working with them. She does have a better chance in another alliance, if she can survive another week. The remaining Stallionaires, minus Chance, are gunning for her now. Hopefully, for her, her new alliance will be strong enough to keep her in the game.

I'm no Pumkin fan, but the fact that White Boy was controlling the entire game and intimidating most of the members of the opposing team was annoying me. So, I'm glad that's over, or is it?

Do you think Pumkin made the right decision? Will she be able to avoid being eliminated next week? What do you think?

10 Most Evil Shows

I was watching BET's "Hell Date" the other day, and it's easily one of TV's most evil shows. Unsuspecting daters go out with actors whose job it is to make the date hell. Okay, it is a little funny, but still evil.

There are other shows that are equally horrific. You know. They're the shows you find yourself watching with one eye open. It makes you wonder what sick minds came up with the concepts. Here are my top 10 Most Evil Shows (in no particular order):

9. "Ambush Makeover"
10. "Trading Spouses"
What do you think are the worst, most evil, shameful, awful TV shows ever? Do you watch?

I Want to Work for Diddy

I guess Sean Combs has given up on trying to make a decent band. I don't blame him. I won't go into how the season with Ness, Chopper, Dylan and the crew was the best "Making the Band" ever. Diddy has moved on to bigger and better things, and so will I.

So, in the season premiere of VH1's "I Wanna Work for Diddy" we meet the candidates who want to become Diddy's new assistant. Why they'd want to do that to themselves, I don't know. Diddy is obviously a diva. He's extra, and I don't think there's enough money in the world to deal with that. Just thinking about it makes me wanna take a nap.

Anyway, some girl who complained about pounding the pavement in heels was sent home. The judges decided to keep a woman named Poprah on the show; although, all her teammates wanted her gone, and rightfully so. She was bossy, loud, aggressive, unfair and arrogant. So, she may fit in well with Mr. Combs.

Did you watch the show? Did you agree with the judge's decision to keep Poprah?

I Love Money: The Sabotage and Back-Biting Continue

I'm still watching "I Love Money." I know. I'm kind of surprised myself.

Mr. Boston and Destiny have been eliminated. I was apathetic about Destiny, but I'm glad she's gone because her boyfriend, The Entertainer, has sworn to exact revenge on those who voted to eliminate her. The Entertainer has already proven to be a bit off, so now that he's motivated to unleash his dark side, things should get interesting.

I was a little sad to see Mr. Boston go. I wasn't a big fan, but he was one of the more endearing characters on the show. I also didn't like the way he was eliminated. Basically, some members of his alliance turned against him.

They say, all is fair in love, war and money. Isn't that what they say? Anyway, there's really no one I like too much on the show now, but that just means it will be more fun to see them sabotage one another and get voted off one by one.

Right now, my money's on White Boy. I think he's manipulating the show enough to actually win. Who do you think will win?

Flippin' Great Dysfunction

The finale of Bravo's "Flippin' Out" aired this week. The reunion show is next Tuesday, and I'm glad I've got another week of Jeff. That guy is crazy. He's such a dysfunctional, control freak, it's unreal, but it's great entertainment. He makes grown men pick up poop. He yells at mothers for spending money on their children. He installed a spy camera to find out what his employees were doing. He's anal to the 100th degree. It's funny.

So, I wonder what the reunion will bring. Hopefully, Jeff will be a jerk, as usual. No one's tuning him to see him be respectful and polite. He only has two employees now. Maybe they'll go on strike and insist on holidays off and use of his beloved computer.

The good thing about Jeff is that he'll remind us all that our jobs could be much worse. LOL.

Did you watch the season? Will you tune in for the reunion? Do you know a Jeff? If so, how do you handle the oppression?
